Identifying Revenue Leakage

Customer retention or reducing churn is not in every businesses vocabulary. It's often an after thought that suddenly requires attention as revenue and financial details start to show signs of concern. 


Most businesses that require our service are aware that they are losing market share and can point to lost revenue, but miss where that lost revenue is actually coming from.
